Hi, I’m Nichole. As an attorney-turned #ChronicIllnessWarrior-turned entrepreneur, I’ve had more than my share of operating on near-empty, biting my tongue, and tip-toeing around office politics. And, thankfully, I also know the soul-quenching relief of finding a place where you can genuinely be yourself. Of working in a place where you are celebrated for your skills and experiences, and where leaders are not afraid to have tough conversations about equity or the status quo.

At Nichole Gabrielle & Co, we believe we are each our best selves when we live, work, and play in environments that value us for who we are. What started as a quest to conquer the barriers we’ve each faced due to systemic bias and a lack of effective leadership, has turned into a company that’s helped create environments where hundreds of people feel more seen, heard, and valued for who they are and what they bring to the table.
